The St. Louis Regional Chamber and Growth Association (RCGA) is the chamber of commerce and economic development organization for the Greater St. Louis region, which includes St. Louis City; the Missouri counties of St. Louis, St. Charles, Lincoln, Warren, Franklin, and Jefferson; and the Illinois counties of St. Clair, Jersey, Madison, Clinton and Monroe.
