At RubinBrown, we are devoted to maintaining a culture and environment that makes it a great place to work by providing team members with opportunities to do meaningful work. We anchor our beliefs in a key element of our firm’s cultural foundation called Be Your Best for Others. Being Your Best for Others includes being your best for every single person you encounter – at work, at home and in your community.
While the career path of various individuals may differ, RubinBrown team members could see their career progressing from our CORE program, to internship, to full-time team member, depending on where you may be in your career journey.
RubinBrown’s internship program is designed to give students a hands-on introduction into public accounting. Our immersive program gives students the opportunity to experience working as a full-time team member, while also being mentored for future full-time opportunities. The extensive internship schedule includes:
The internship program is offered during tax season and during the summer. We offer part-time or full-time internships during the winter/spring and full-time internships during the summer. The internship program is designed for accounting and finance students following their junior or senior year of college. We offer students the chance to network with firm leaders and participate in professorial development opportunities, in addition to social and networking opportunities outside of the day to day work schedule.
RubinBrown actively recruits candidates through a variety of resources, including business schools, government agencies, job fairs, classified advertising, colleges, universities and other related organizations
In addition to our Internship and CORE Leadership programs, RubinBrown also seeks full-time, recent graduates to view and apply for our opportunities.
