Overview:
Implemented an Agency Management System for a $700M Provider of Non-Standard Auto Insurance
Business Issue:
The organization needed assistance implementing a robust Agency Management System in its retail agency stores along with the concurrent implementation of a completely redesigned Back Office business process. This set of initiatives impacted all Front Office Agencies in 6 brands in 8 different states.
Actions:
- Created detailed procedures and training materials in support of both Retail Agency and Premium Finance organization implementation
- Redesigned the operating model for Back Office reconciliation in support of Retail Agency functions
- Established processing model, organization design, and detailed operating model for newly formed Premium Finance Organization
- Conducted implementation support and Process Assurance through the Go-Live of over 400 captive agents on new Agency Management and Premium Finance technologies
Projected Results:
- The technology provided a foundation to launch Phase II of this effort
- Reviewed the 6 different Brands for processing inconsistencies
- Developed an optimized Agency Model that can be implemented across all brands, all locations
- Implemented the supporting processes and procedures making processing consistent, predictable and repeatable across all Agency offices
