July 10, 2023 - RubinBrown, one of the nation’s top 50 accounting and business consulting firms, recently promoted Jonathan Ahrens, CPA, CIA, and John Drury, CPA, to Partners in the Business Advisory Services Group. Stacy Peter, CPA, CGMA was named Partner in the Assurance Services Group.

Jonathan Ahrens focuses on internal audit and risk services. He brings his industry knowledge and expertise to a diverse client base representing both large public and privately held organizations. He has developed an expertise and proficiency within the gaming industry including commercial, tribal, and online sports betting. Jonathan received his Master of Accountancy from the University of Kansas.

John Drury focuses on the manufacturing and distribution, and healthcare industries. He works with clients to complete process reviews and internal audits, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing. He holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Missouri, Columbia.

Stacy Peter has over 15 years of professional accounting experience. She works with clients in various industries including, construction, not-for-profit, and manufacturing and distribution. Stacy received her Master of Accountancy from Truman State University.

All promotions were effective June 1, 2023.
