KnowledgePath Consulting has been serving clients in the technology consulting industry for over 30 years. The company focuses on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modernization and business transformation including business assessment, ERP evaluation, IT and data services, process improvement, project management and change management.
The newly combined firm will operate within RubinBrown’s Business Advisory Services Group, which offers extensive services in ERP advisory, business process improvement and reorganization, cyber security, enterprise risk management, fraud and forensics, information technology and risk services. David Warford will be joining as a partner in the firm, and all KnowledgePath team members are joining RubinBrown and will operate out of the firm’s Chicago office.
“KnowledgePath is delighted to be joining forces with RubinBrown,” said Warford. “We look forward to continuing to serve our clients in the ERP and business transformation space, and to remain as a trusted technology advisor for our clients.”
This combination comes on the heels of two recent acquisitions in business advisory services for RubinBrown. RubinBrown combined with Himes Consulting Group in July of 2022 and Liberty Technology Advisors in August of 2021.
“This combination reflects RubinBrown’s commitment to growth in the business advisory and technology services spaces as well as our continued expansion in Chicago. With the fast-changing world of technology, having a trusted advisor for our clients’ businesses is more important than ever,” said Herber.
“After getting to know David, it was clear that we share the same philosophies around serving our clients and how we develop our people. This combination will add more depth to our ERP and business process improvement offerings and will create even more growth opportunities for our team members,” said Michael Shapow, Partner, Chicago office Business Advisory Services.
“KnowledgePath Consulting and RubinBrown are a perfect match. The two firms share common values and goals, offer complimentary services to similar clients, and are committed to delivering quality service.
