With more than eight years of accounting experience, Anderson primarily serves real estate clients that develop or invest in affordable housing tax credit projects, historic rehabilitation tax credit projects, new markets tax credit projects, renewable energy tax credit projects and real estate investment funds.
Anderson started his career with RubinBrown after earning his Masters in Accountancy from the University of Missouri - St. Louis in 2010, first as a tax accountant and later as a real estate tax manager. Prior to rejoining the firm, he worked for Twain Financial Partners, where he specialized in accounting and treasury management for real estate investment transactions.
