To our valued clients and friends:
During these unprecedented times, RubinBrown, like each of you, is navigating the situation on a day-to-day basis. I am grateful that none of our team members or their family members have been diagnosed with the virus at this time. I sincerely hope and wish the same for each of you.
Our priority is the health and safety of our team members, clients, vendors, and guests. We are taking proactive steps to prevent the spread of the virus and are deploying a number of business continuity protocols, including:
Limiting In-Person Meetings
RubinBrown team members will be working remotely from home as much as possible. While interacting with clients face-to-face is a vital aspect of our business, we are taking the highest precaution for in-person meetings. Many, if not all, in-person meetings will be held virtually using video or teleconferencing tools. If onsite visits are acceptable at client locations, our team members will limit onsite visits to the work that must be done in person.
If you need to drop off documents to any of RubinBrown's offices, please coordinate with your assigned partner who will provide you specific guidance.
Business Travel
RubinBrown team members will not be traveling for out-of-town business during the pandemic. This work will be conducted remotely until further notice.
Regulatory Deadlines
We have been and will continue to monitor updates from government agencies that directly impact our clients, such as Congress, the President, Treasury, the IRS, etc. RubinBrown will send specific guidance via email news alerts as pronouncements are released.
As superior quality and service is a key core value of our Firm, we appreciate your understanding during this unusual time. We will continue to monitor the situation and will send updates as necessary. Please feel free to reach out to me directly or to one of our partners with any specific concerns.
All the best,
John Herber
