RubinBrown Partner Tony Nitti recently took part in a nonpartisan tax think tank which debated the pros and cons of the new Section 199A, more widely known as the 20% pass-through deduction.
The think tank presented to an audience of journalists and Congressional staffers.
Nitti was joined by Kyle Pomerleau, a Director at the Tax Foundation, Andy Philips, the Director of Tax at H&R Block, and Brian Reardon, who was once the chief tax policy advisor to George W. Bush and is now the President of the S Corporation Association.
