Avni Shah is a Partner in RubinBrown’s Assurance Services Group. She has more than 18 years of public accounting experience. Avni manages and reviews financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, 10% letters, cost certifications and agreed upon procedures reports for various real estate partnerships (including government regulated properties such as HUD, IHDA, etc.), various not-for-profits, and consolidations. She also has vast knowledge of HUD and IHDA regulations.

Avni is responsible for planning the engagements, supervising staff and maintaining organization throughout fieldwork and the review process
