Ben Barnes is the Partner-In-Charge of RubinBrown’s Consulting Services Group. He provides transaction due diligence services to clients in the manufacturing and distribution, services, brokerage, private equity and financial services industries. He also conducts audit and other assurance related services for clients primarily in the manufacturing and distribution industry, as well as those within the services industry.

Ben also specializes in acquisition and disposition structuring, internal accounting controls, business performance analysis, due diligence engagements and merger sale and acquisition planning. Ben has been involved in due diligence engagements with an aggregate deal value in excess of $10 billion.
