Bill Kaiser is a Partner in RubinBrown’s Tax Services Group. He is involved in developing and identifying planning opportunities for multi-national corporations doing business overseas. This includes working with clients on repatriation goals, subpart F planning, GILTI planning, post-merger integration, legal entity restructuring, foreign tax credit, international joint venture, and divestiture planning. Bill also assists with effective tax rate management strategies as well as identification of tax planning strategies.
