Bruce Schiff is a Partner in RubinBrown’s Assurance Services Group, Tax and Consulting Group. He has more than 30 years experience in the field of Affordable housing finance, in particular the Section 42 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Throught his career, Bruce has routinely advised and assisted developers, managers, equity investors, and public and private lenders in the financing and management of federally assisted affordable housing.

In addition, Bruce has been instrumental in structuring the financing of a large number of successfully implemented affordable housing projects throughout the country
