Bryan Hinton is a Partner in RubinBrown’s Assurance Services Group in RubinBrown’s Nashville, TN office.

With more than 25 years of Public Accounting experience, Bryan has extensive experience working with the construction industry. He has audited and consulted with general contractors, heavy highway and road builders, and specialty subcontractors. He also has extensive experience working with sureties and banks. Bryan spent six years with an international construction company.  

In addition to his audit and consulting work, Byran has been involved with more than 300 merger & acquisition engagements since 1996. He has also performed numerous internal audit and acquisition integration engagements and has extensive experience with acquisition tax strategies as well.
