Jeffrey Cooper is a Partner in RubinBrown’s Gaming Services Practice. He has more than 40 years of experience in auditing, income taxation, small business accounting, litigation support and consulting services.
He focuses on high net worth individuals along with small and medium-sized businesses. He has worked as the engagement partner on numerous casino audits and projects, represented clients on gaming matters before the IRS, regulators and other taxing authorities, prepared casino accounting and internal control systems, and trained other CPA firms on casino audits. Jeffrey is a licensed CPA in Nevada, California and Mississippi.
