Maureen Reichert is a Partner in RubinBrown’s Tax Services Group, focusing on clients in the real estate sector, including Affordable Housing, Historic Rehabilitation, New Markets, Opportunity Zones, and Renewable Energy Tax Credits.
Since joining RubinBrown in 2001, she provides expertise in audit, business performance analysis, industry-specific benchmarking, internal accounting controls, investment funds, low-income housing credits, real estate investment funds, historic rehabilitation, New Markets Tax Credit, renewable energy programs, and opportunity zones. Maureen has also been a speaker at the Affordable Housing Finance Live and the National Council of State Housing Agencies Conferences as well as other state housing conferences. She currently serves on the Board for the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Coalition.
