RubinBrown’s vCISO services provides advisory and facilitation support for organizations focused on systematically improving their cyber security posture.  Our approach is highly scalable and flexible, allowing us to support everything from day-to-day team integration, to project-specific support, remediation efforts, to annual compliance program support.

The primary service is centered around matching one of our senior team members with an organization’s goals and requirements.  The assigned vCISO provides dedicated strategic support to senior management, IT management, and technical support to the IT staff.  We develop an annual plan of activities based on your specific requirements and then your vCISO will coordinate additional resources, specialists, or other support as needed through the year.  The vCISO will link in technical specialist support from our team of cyber security professionals as specific skill set requirements are identified.

Our vCISO service integrates any of our other cyber security services offerings, as requested, and we regularly work with other security services providers.  We can also link these services with our vCTO/CIO Services  to provide a client with full service executive IT support.
